I just found a new tool to track all of my song registrations and view all of my royalties in one place!  What a relief it's been after watching hours of youtube videos on song registration, black box money, unclaimed property and missing royalties!  

I did some research and was tediously working to figure out if my catalog was registered properly and receiving the optimal royalties.  Then I came across a musician and business coach who recommended trying out Mogul.  I did not want to spend hours administering my catalog and still have missing royalties, so I was looking for a turnkey independent consolidated solution with a fair price.  I appreciate a good service if it makes my life easier so I can focus on creating.  Getting my music catalog in order now gives me peace of mind and the opportunity to expand my catalog readily and in an organized manner.  I've met some super diligent indie artists who track down everything and that's amazing too.  Do what's right for you absolutely!  As these songs take flight into the world, I am positioned for growth.

It is really cool to get a big picture summary as well as a detailed breakdown of how much each individual song has earned since its release.  I like to see which songs are taking the lead.  It was definitely still worth doing research and creating accounts directly with my PRO, MLC, SoundExchange, Music Reports and all the places, in order to understand how they work.  Also, setting up those individual accounts over time made it easier to link and add everything quickly into Mogul.  Once everything was linked, the platform points out any missing information and summarizes the earnings for each song to collect all the various streams of royalties available.  There are additional up level features if you're looking for that too.   

So far so good to start with Mogul's mid level paid subscription.   I am still working to update some missing information that Mogul pointed out.  Nonetheless, it's refreshing to have a user friendly platform that shows which streams of revenue are not being accounted for.  Since day one, the reps at Mogul have been very responsive and helpful in the chat answering my very detailed questions.  As I continue to use the platform, I will share more about my experience.
